Forship S.p.A. manages, in the Savona-Vado port system, a terminal dedicated to the passenger traffic (ferry and cruise) and Ro-Ro operations that is developed on a surface of approximately 50.000 mq., equipped with four quays.

The terminal (45 Km from Genoa Airport and 32 km from Genoa Voltri) can be reached directly from the motorway.

Forship S.p.A., as terminal operator and shipping agent, can operate in the field of passenger and goods traffic always for Ro-Ro services.

The operating structures of the terminal comprise a bonded warehouse (1.500 mq) and they are planned for the full satisfaction of several requirements. Supported by modern infrastructures of direct connection to the highway net, they put at the clients disposal a large range of services (water supply, lighting system, etc.).

The terminal building consists of a ground-floor ticket office, snack bar, nursery, waiting hall in an area with facilities for children and panoramic terraces.

The company's administrative offices of Forship S.p.A. and the “Corsica Ferries – Sardinia Ferries” Company (operating a service to Corsica since 1998) are located on the upper floors.

The frequency of the connections from Savona-Vado to Corsica increases in the months of July and August, until catching up four every day departures.
